Position Guides:

Project Manager- Work on Charter, check in with each team member each day, complete business requirements, begin simple marketing plan, ensure all members have backed up work, etc.  Use facts in your charter-

Programmer- Start out by making a list of what tutorials you need to find, then research and find them, then begin them.

Asset Manager- Begin to find or create assets.  Remove backgrounds, personalize them, etc.  You must keep a record of where you found each asset so save website information in a word document-

Other- Designer, Concept Art, Writer, QA Testing- Create testing plan, create artwork, write out design details for asset manager to use, record bugs as programmer has them and work s through them, etc.

-Certification Training (at least 3 trainings & 1 test per week- need to get 90% on two TESTS to take actual certification)

-NGT (only if you are the programmer)- must upload significant coding/progress every week!

Certification Training Reminders:

-3 Trainings/1 Test each week

-90% on two tests before you certify

-"Save As" to your H drive for Word, Excel, PPT tests then "Save Project" as well.

-Must "Finish" or "Grade Project" (depending on the test) to get a grade.

-Trainings must be 700 or higher

-Tests 70% is passing - everything else grade will depend on score.
